Once in a dump or landfill, they will break down into nontoxic elements. You have the option to compost HoldOn bags, but it's not a necessity. These bags are designed to reduce plastic waste, so whether you compost them commercially using a compost service or at home, they will break down cleanly in a matter of weeks.

The multi-way flex material is strong and durable to prevent rips and tears, and the tall sides allow a snug fold over the trash bin rim to prevent slipping. They are great for trash, composting, and recycling.
